How it works

From “we agreed” to a locked record

1

Describe the project

A title and, if you like, a note. That is all the context contributors need.
2

Add who did what

Each person, what they contributed (picked from a list) and their share. It has to total 100% before you can send.
3

Everyone confirms by email

Each contributor gets a private link. No accounts, no logins for them.
4

It locks, and you all get the PDF

Once the last person confirms, the split is locked and timestamped.

A documented record of what everyone agreed. Not a legal contract, and no money moves through Collaborro.
