Collaborro Collaborro

Creative collaboration

Stop arguing about
who did what.

Collaborro documents contribution splits and locks them in once everyone agrees — while the memory is still fresh.

The problem

Creative work happens fast.
Agreements get forgotten faster.

You finish a track, a chapter, an episode — everyone's on a high, the split feels obvious. Three months later someone's memory has shifted. A year later there's money involved and no record of what was agreed.

Collaborro gives you a five-minute process to document the agreement while you're all still in the room — digitally or not.

How it works

Full walkthrough →

01

Add your contributors

List everyone involved — name, email, what they contributed, and their percentage. A live bar turns green when the numbers hit exactly 100%.

02

Send for confirmation

Each person gets a private link by email. No account needed. They see the full split and either confirm or flag a concern — with a note to you.

03

Lock it in

Once everyone confirms, the split locks — permanently. A timestamped PDF with digital signatures goes to all contributors as a shared record.

Built to be simple

Fill it in.
Hit send. Done.

Add each contributor's name, email, and what they brought to the project. The percentage bar updates live — it won't let you send until everything adds up to exactly 100%. No maths anxiety required.

Simple by design

A handshake,
witnessed and dated.

Collaborro isn't a legal contract, a payments platform, or a royalty system. It's a clear, shared record of what everyone agreed to — created while you still all agree. Think of it as a paper trail with no paper.

No account needed for contributors

They confirm via a unique private link — nothing to sign up for.

Works for any creative project

Music, writing, audio, video, or anything else. Genre-agnostic by design.

Digital signatures on every record

Each confirmation generates a unique signature tied to the contributor's name.

Immutable once locked

Once all contributors confirm, the record is frozen — no edits, no reversals.

PDF sent to everyone automatically

All contributors receive a copy the moment the split locks.

No money moves through Collaborro

We record percentages. Distribution is up to you and your platforms.

Common questions

All FAQs →

Is this a legal contract?

No. Collaborro creates a documented record of an agreement, not a legally binding contract. It's strong evidence of intent — but for anything with significant money involved, consult a lawyer.

Do contributors need an account?

No. Contributors receive a unique private link by email. They can review and confirm the split without ever creating an account.

What happens if someone disagrees?

They can flag the split with a comment. You'll be notified, the split stays unlocked, and you can edit and re-send it.

Can a locked split be changed?

No. Once all contributors have confirmed, the split is permanently locked. This is intentional — the value is in the immutability.

What does the PDF include?

The project title, all contributors with their contributions and percentages, each person's digital signature, confirmation timestamps, and a unique document reference number.

Is it really free?

Yes, while Collaborro is in early access — no card, no per-split fee. Paid plans are planned for later and will be announced on the pricing page first.

Ready to document your first split?

Free to use. No credit card. Takes under two minutes.
