For creative agencies & studios
A paper trail for every collaboration.
When a project pulls in three freelancers and an in-house team, Collaborro records who contributed what and on what terms — and gets each person to confirm it — so credit, portfolio rights and any revenue share are documented.
One split per project, created when the work ships.
Freelancers and subcontractors, on the record
For each contributor: what they delivered, and their share — whether that is a percentage of a revenue-share project or simply a documented credit at 0% income. The contribution description is free text, so "lead motion design, 4 key scenes" is fine.
Confirmation without onboarding anyone
Contractors confirm through a private link. No accounts, no seats, no procurement. When everyone has confirmed, the split locks and every contributor — and you — holds a signed PDF with a reference number.
Protects the case study, not just the invoice
Months later, when you want to publish the work or a freelancer claims a larger role, the dated record of what everyone agreed settles it. It is a documented agreement, not a contract — keep your MSAs and SOWs as well.
Common questions
We pay freelancers a flat fee — why record a split?
To document credit and portfolio/case-study rights unambiguously. You can record contributors at 0% income share purely for the credit trail.
Can we use it for revenue-share projects?
Yes. Enter each contributor's percentage; the total must be 100%. It locks once everyone confirms.
Does this replace our contracts?
No. It is a supplementary record of what contributors agreed. Your master services agreements and statements of work still apply.
Do contractors need accounts?
No — only the person creating the split.
